Diagnostic privacy notice
Effective: August 8, 2026 · Consent copy: 2026-07-31.en-2
What is collected
TechPeace collects your diagnostic answers, booking-gate answers, name, work email, optional company, consent choices, consent version and timestamp, submission identifier, and technical spam-control field.
Why it is collected
The information is used to calculate and email your result, prepare a call brief for Allan when appropriate, operate and protect the form, and respond if you separately choose the optional follow-up consent.
Processors and access
Netlify hosts the site and stores verified form submissions. Mailgun delivers the respondent and internal result emails. PostHog receives anonymous page views and limited diagnostic interaction events, including the high-level result and booking path. It does not receive diagnostic answers, names, email addresses, company names, or consent choices. Allan at TechPeace can access submissions and call briefs.
Consent choices
Receiving your requested result email requires acknowledgement. Commercial follow-up is a separate, optional choice and is not automated. You are not added to a newsletter.
Retention
Unconverted diagnostic submissions are kept for no more than 90 days, then manually purged. Records needed for an active client relationship may be retained as part of that relationship.
